Refund & Return Policy
We want you to love every piece from Hollow House. If something isn't right, you have 30 days after your order is delivered to request a return or refund.
Eligibility
- Items must be unused, in the same condition you received them, and in their original packaging.
- Costumes and pet outfits must be unworn, unwashed and have all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (your order number) is required.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged, defective or is not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or a full refund, and you will not need to return the item.
How to start a return
Email turjemanmlevi@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply within 1–2 business days with instructions and the return address. Items sent back without first contacting us cannot be accepted.
Return shipping
For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Exchanges
Need a different size? Contact us and we will help you swap it for the size you need, subject to availability.
