Shipping Policy
Free shipping to the United States
All orders shipped within the United States ship free with tracking.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships.
Delivery time
Standard delivery to the US usually takes 12–25 business days after the order ships. Our items ship from partner warehouses, so if you order several products they may arrive in separate packages at different times.
Halloween tip: order early. For delivery before October 31, we recommend placing your order by early October.
International orders
We also ship to selected countries. Shipping rates and times are shown at checkout. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.
Tracking
Tracking can take 2–5 business days to show movement after shipping. If your tracking has not updated in 10 days, contact us.
Lost or delayed packages
If your order has not arrived within 30 days of shipping, email us and we will send a replacement or a full refund.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered by the customer. If you notice a mistake, email us within 12 hours of ordering.
